What is Sleep Apnea?
Sleep Apnea is a sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. This interruption in breathing prevents the body for receiving Oxygen. The most common type of sleep apnea is Obstructive Sleep Apnea. This occurs when the throat muscles relax and obstruct the flow of oxygen into one’s lungs.
